The Carnivore Collective Bacon Tying Needle has a total length of 30cm, width/strength of 6.5mm. The Bacon Tying Needle itself is made of stainless steel with a forged, black plastic handle. Generally used by butchers to assist in threading twine through the tough bacon rind, the twine is then tied to form loops which make it easier to hang in the smoker.
